(00:38):
Hey everybody. Welcome back to Shout Your Cause. My name is Sally Hendrick, and today I've got two guests, Mark and Terri Stemann. And we are gonna be talking about their organization. Let Our Children Go At LetOur ChildrenGo.org. And let's get started. Mark, Terri, tell me, tell me who you are. What are you doing?
(00:59):
Hi, Sally. Thanks for having us. Um, I'm, my name is Terri, uh, and we have started an organization called Let Our Children Go, that can be found that let our children go.org. And it is about helping families and their advocates that are dealing with the child welfare system, child Protective Services, social services. Uh, it goes by various, uh, three letter, four letter, maybe names in various states, but it is a nationwide, uh, agency as far as, uh, the government dealing with child welfare issues. And, uh, what happened with our own situation was that we got thrust into this system, and that is how Let our Children Go ended up developing and coming about. Um, as I was looking into, uh, the c p s issue, I found that there seemed to be a lot of different resources out there, but there, I, it didn't seem like they were all gathered into one place so that when a parent or an advocate for a family, uh, did want to research this issue, things were sort of scattered about.
(02:20):
So what one of the things that I wanted to do with Let Our Children Go was to provide a portal for research and resources for people that are trying to learn more about this issue. And that's a work in progress, um, still, but that's what we're working towards as well as, um, helping to bring more awareness to the issue and to, um, highlight the fact that people's children are being, uh, separated from them unlawfully and inhumanely. So another part of our mission is to, um, reclaim our constitutional rights and help families to know what those are, uh, so that they can stand up for their rights. And also, uh, our third, the third part of our mission is that we wanna help with the restoration for families that have had this, um, occur in their, in their lives because it's, uh, it causes a lot of trauma to the children and, and to the fa the the parents. And, um, so we wanna be able to help with, uh, restoration of the family unit once, um, it has been torn apart and to help with the healing process, uh, for those children to reunite with their families, even if that may be when they're adults. But, um, yeah, helping them to get to that point of reunification.
(03:52):
Would you expand more on what happened in your situation? Is that something that you would like to talk about?
(03:59):
Yeah, we can share about that. I'll let Mark, he, he does a good job of, of laying out the timeline, um, for that. So I'll let him take it
(04:09):
From here. You wanna frame it this way, Sally, um, real quick. And that, um, one of the main focuses of, uh, let Our Children Go is, um, to, uh, not just the things that Terri mentioned, but also to properly identify what's really happening across our country to many, um, of our fellow Americans, families and their children. And that is, um, when we talk about the unlawful nature of it, um, it's unlawful in that child abuse and neglect. It's a criminal statute and just about every state. Um, however, what's happening is that children are being unlawfully separated under the disguise, the safety and best interest by what is characterized as a civil proceeding. But it's not legitimate unless, of course Americans have a contract with people in government. And most families do not have a contract with people in government for the oversight of their children.
(04:55):
And so what's happening is a fraud op to where it's all being driven by the adoption of Safe Families Active in 1997 and Title four funding. And, uh, basically what happens is children are being taken away from their parents and they're being placed in foster care for the acquisition of large amounts of our Title four funding, which is very destructive on the family unit and why we hear so much about, um, requests for foster fam foster parents. Now, there's nothing wrong with foster parenting, but when you have children who are in need of care, they have many relatives an's brother and scissors who are not being allowed to be care providers. And that's because there's little to no money compared to foster placement for under the Title four funding. And so, um, it's a huge problem. And, uh, really in the, in, in respect to shouting our other cause, it's the Heritage and Freedom Coalition, which people can [email protected].
(05:44):
Um, and if we have, and it is focused on the, um, identifying where we are having a gross deprivation of our rights across the United States in respect to many issues, whether it be free speech, whether it be, um, you know, the right to peacefully assembled to be secure in your home, um, not be subject to involuntary servitude, um, second Amendment gun rights. And so that's the umbrella organization for Let Our Children Go, which we're working to incorporate into it. Now, in respect to your question, um, we were kind of thrusting all of this and how our organizations came about because, um, our children were, were kidnapped from us under the color of law, um, under this fraud op, um, in 2016. It was basically driven by, um, our visit to a medical practitioner we had never seen before. Um, it's a long running story with a lot of details.
(06:31):
Um, but because we didn't go back to the care provider that we went to go see initially just for an eye test for our 17 year old daughter, it, um, cascaded into um, basically an allegation that we failed to get treatment for a condition that they alleged she had that was driven by, um, no diagnosis in respect to anorexia nervosa. So there was no legitimate diagnosis cuz there was no forensic data taken. And, um, there's a lot to that part of the story. But, um, essentially what happened was is, uh, they kidnapped our se all seven of our children, and we have refused to comply with a case plan and services that they wanna force upon us. Uh, being a veteran and having served honorably for 20 years in the US Air Force, um, I took that oath and I'm gonna be faithful to, um, upholding that oath to the Constitution.
(07:19):
That's what we take when we enter, um, service. And, uh, that oath is still valid and we're being, being deprived of all of our constitutional rights at the state and federal level. And, um, we identified a, um, a significant amount of felony and misdemeanor crimes that we reported to every Justice channel in respect of the color of law, kidnapping of our children. And we can prove this, um, with evidence, hard evidence, thousands of pages of documents. And, uh, we're out here in the public arena to let people know that the problem isn't just in respect to, um, child theft, title four, money theft and the trafficking of our children, the sex trafficking, and then, and to the human trafficking aspect of it. But it's also in respect to, um, a, a very destructive seditious operation happening in our country on a number of different fronts.
(08:05):
And the child theft and Title four money, th bonding, um, bracket is just one element. And so, um, we invite people to, uh, visit those two websites, let our children go.org, they can reach us at Let Our Children Go, um, at proton mail.com or H three fc.com and take a look at the websites and, uh, and taking some of the All points bulletins that are out there and some of the other information. And we invite people to join with us because in order to fix this problem, whom our representatives do not listen to, we have been to many of our representatives, Senator Ram Paul, Senator Mitch McConnell, uh, representative Thomas Massey. And then after we, after we had to, um, relocate representative Brad Wintrop and all of them have basically ba ignored us just like they do many other Americans. And, uh, you know, it's our responsibility to preserve and protect our freedom.
(08:56):
And right now we don't have a system or people within it that are upholding their charter and are being malfeasance to their oaths. We want to make our fellow Americans aware of what's really going on in the breakdown of lying narrative and, uh, work to restore freedom and our country and, uh, protect our families. Cuz if we have our rights, we're gonna have our children. And, um, so there's a lot more to our story and maybe we can revisit that with you another time. But, um, that's essentially our mission right now is to join together with other Americans in respect to the bigger issues that the Heritage and Freedom Coalition aims to address. And then the specific ones that, um, Terri and Let our Children Go, um, are, are, are working to, to take care of.
(09:37):
Yeah, I like that. And, and what I have noticed is that there have been so many organizations that have been formed out of this need for a change in this title four E funding, what's going on with the foster care and, and then eventually with adoption or whatever, um, seven kids. That's, that's a lot. Uh, that's a whole lot. Uh, you're really fighting for fighting for a big, big cause there. Um, I really appreciate you mentioning the websites. I'll be sure and get those into the show notes so that people will be able to see that and click over to your, your site to for that. So what is your hope about what you're doing? Because I know you're pulling all these resources together, you're helping people in certain kind of ways. There's also Rescue The Fosters and there's the Family Forward Foundation, and I just, you could name dozens and dozens and dozens, which shows you how huge this problem is.
(10:36):
Yeah, well, we work together with anyone who's willing to work together with us and, uh, but we, we feel that with our organizations we kind of have a little bit more of a human touch and respect to some of the other ones that we've seen and that we aim to build. Um, what made America great to begin with, and that was crowning good with brotherhood and sisterhood, and we wanna form positive, healthy relationships with our neighbors, again, within our local communities. We wanna, we're we're doing the local action and national impact and, uh, we're work working with people across, um, all 50 states to, um, to, to build those positive relationships, those healthy interactions, and then, um, on the evidence and the facts, um, join together and then show up in our locales, um, in mass because these people that are doing this to us within our system, uh, will brush off a family here and there.
(11:22):
And then what we see happen is a breakdown of trusts among people, um, because they're scared and they're terrorized and there's also a lot of dissension and back biting. And we don't, we don't, we, we eliminate all that from, from from our organization, so from our mission. And so, um, we're interested in building, um, those positive, healthy interactions. And then we also want to, um, you know, make it a, a mechanism by which we're self-sustaining and that we can get to where we need to go, um, with large groups of people and demand the corrective action. And we think that together with a large group of people that we can affect that. Whereas what we see happening now, um, where it being so splintered and, uh, with all the other problems that it's not being effective enough. And so that's the aim of our organizations and, um, we feel like we have a really good thing going and, uh, we just invite people to check us out and take a look at it. And you're welcome to, to come on in. We'd be happy to have you.
(12:17):
So what is it that your hope is your, your biggest hope with what you're doing and what you're trying to influence?
(12:26):
Yeah. Well, the focus of it is that first of all, we wanna stop the things that are driving it. And as the adoption of Safe Family Act, we wanna through the people, um, you know, have that repealed. And then we also want to, like Terri said, we also wanna help people heal and to reclaim and rescue their children. And from the Heritage and Freedom Coalition, uh, to, to, to reinstill a form of government and our representatives who uphold their roses to secure our rights. That's why our government was formed under the Declaration of Independence. And so, um, and then in addition, um, you know, we want justice and remedy. One of the other things real quick that people may not know of, but in respect to the child theft racket that's running rampant our country, they hide under various immunity laws at the state level and now even at the federal level that we discovered recently implemented, um, just a few years ago, but under, uh, under Title 42, chapter 21, section 1981, statement of Equal Rights that came out of the Civil Rights Movement in the seventies.
(13:25):
Um, it protects against color of law impairment, um, and respect to being denied, um, the right to sue or if they have criminal justice that everyone is subject in our country, um, under to like punishment, pains and penalties. That includes judges, police officers, anyone working on our government or outta government. And so if people look at that, um, they will see that we have that right. And what's happening is that we're having people within our system who are working to undermine our republic to take away our rights and steal our children the money in the process. And so people can find out more about that on our a PB three page or the [email protected], the all points bulletin tab, and we invite them to take a look at that. And again, um, please join with us, could we need you in order to make this happen?
(14:13):
Is there anything else that you want, uh, to share with the listeners today?
(14:19):
Uh, just that we want them to be aware of, uh, what's really happening, um, and we have the facts and evidence to, um, to show all of this and they can find some of that at, at our website that we've mentioned and, uh, that we can get there from here. A lot of people get discouraged and I think that it's just too oppressive and too big of a problem. There's too much money that is not the, that is not true. Uh, together we can get this done and that's what we, um, aim, uh, for. And that's, we've already seen a lot of positive results and so we're just gonna keep on building on it and, uh, we can't affect the change that we want to see. So, um, thank you so much, Sally, for having us on your great show today. We really appreciate it.
(14:55):
All right, thank you very much and we'll see you next time.
(14:59):
Okay, very good.
